SIVTEK Twin Roto sifter is evolved & originated from our SIVTEK Roto Sifter for applications that require incredible high production capacities. The high performing dual or coupled centrifugal sieve are manufactured in two different model-one with the dual motor arrangement and other with the pulley mechanism. The twin centrifugal screener units are outfitted with a splitter-a common product input channel to equally divide the stream of incoming material, irrespective of feed rate.

Listing down its fringe benefits, it matches the capacity of two individual centrifugal screeners within a minimum space/area in the production unit. The cantilever design with three-bearing shafts allows easy, smooth and swift cleaning of this rotary sieving machine, which makes it more desirable than traditional round vibrating sifters and separators.

The turbo sieve is designed & fabricated in a way that it generates negligible noise during the working process which is less than 80db. Vibration is also 100% percent null & the power consumption is also less than all other conventional sifters in the market.

For smoothening cleaning process with ease, we provide three de-blinding add-ons: Brush, Rubber Wiper Blade & Pneumatic Arrangement to our rotating sieve and make it more productive to achieve consistent quality.
